He is survived by: his parents, Chris Clark and Bianca Clark (Mattingly); his sister Alexis Clark; his grandparents, Lawrence Mattingly, Karen Lloyd (Miguel Rodriguez) and Forest Clark (Crystal); his great-grandparent Herman Mattingly; his cousin David; his uncle David "Dewer" Enlow (Brittany); his aunts, Paula "Aunt Lala" Lloyd (Bill) and Susie Mattingly; his cousins, Abbi, Mia, Daniel, Josh and Matthew Craven (Jonathan); and his pets, Rosie and Poppy. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, family, and friends.
