She was predeceased by: her parents, Melba Mae Belt (Walker) and Audus Raymond Belt; and her brother Billy Belt. She is survived by: her husband Thomas Nix; her children, Kevin Nix (Jennifer), Larry Nix (Ruth Garvey-Nix) and Lynette Nix; her sister-in-law Emma Lois Belt; her sister Marilyn Sue Shake (Norris Shake); and her grandson Keegan Thomas Nix. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
The family requests that instead of flowers donations be made to Hosparus of Louisville Ky, or to the American Diabetes Association.
