He is survived by: his parents, Felix Napoleon Juteau and Mary Elizabeth Delaurier; his spouse Nina June "Dolly" Marvin; and his children, Victoria Scarborough (Milton), David Walter (Thelma), Walter Richard and Eugene Rene (Laura). He is also survived by three grandchildren, a number of great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren and several devoted nieces and nephews.
