He was predeceased by: his father Morton Hayden; his parents-in-law, Thelma Jeffries and Jim Jeffries; and his brother Michael Hayden. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Jeffries Hayden; his daughters, Sarah Hayden of Owensboro and Megan Hayden of Tampa Florida; his grandsons, Hayden Cunnagin and Oscar Hayden of Owensboro; his siblings, Karen Hayden of Quincy and Kenneth Hayden of Louisville; and his brother-in-law Mike Jeffries (Susan) of Owensboro. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
