She was predeceased by: her brothers, Leroy Pulliam and Buzzy Pulliam. She is survived by: her daughters, Lisa McCormick (Don Middleton) of Owensboro and Vicki Rose (Michael) of Louisville; her significant other Gene McCormick of Utica; her grandchildren, Jonathan McCormick of Owensboro, Christopher Michael Rose of Louisville and Kristin Lauren Simon (David) of Union; and her sister Bettye Blackwood of Odessa, Texas.
