It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mike Martin of Utica, Kentucky, born in Madisonville, Kentucky, who passed away on November 1, 2021, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Wayne Oakley and Sandra Oakley of Madisonville; his daughter Devan Scherer (Don) of Semmes, AL; his granddaughters, Lindsay of Semmes, AL and Micky of Tulsa, OK; and his siblings, Kay Brumfield (James) of Roxboro, NC, Carol Blake (Tony) of Hanson, KY, David Oakley (Lisa) of Mortons Gap, KY and Bobbi Trask (Shawn) of Russellville, KY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
