He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Heltsley and Bertha Cardwell Heltsley; and his sister Ramona Epley. He is survived by: his sons, Tim Heltsley (Lexie Boarman) of Utica and Eric Heltsley (Tonika) of McHenry; his grandchildren, Felicity, Arianna, Wyatt, Atticus and Waylon; and his sister Alice Baker (John) of Altus, Arkansas..
