He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lee and Melinda Meak Leachman Coakley; and his stepson Brian Foster. He is survived by: his wife Janice Foster Coakley; his sons, David Coakley of Owensboro and Kevin Coakley of Owensboro; his stepchildren, Josh Lomax (Jamie) of Hawesville and Jamie Kennedy (Rob) of Beaver Dam; his granddaughter Shelby Coakley; and his sister Connie Clary of Owensboro. He is also survived by 2 step grandchildren; 6 step great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
