He was predeceased by: his parents, Reathel Butler and Lillian Beverly Adelmann Butler; and his sister Judith L. Humphrey. He is survived by: his wife Terri Roberts Butler; his son Jason Butler (Lisa); his stepdaughter April Kemplin (Jeremy); his grandchildren, McKensey Ogletree, Dalton Ogletree and Laina Butler; his stepgrandchildren, Gracie Kemplin and Will Kemplin; and his sister Jacquline Smith. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
