He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Ray and Barbara Jean Hite Bartlett; his stepfather Jack Bartlett, Sr.; his brothers, Donald Ray Peek II and Michael Wayne Bartlett; his grandparents, Leslie Hite, Sr., Marie Harris Hite, Raymond Peek and Clara Shelton Peek; and his uncle Leslie Hite, Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Peek; his children, Brian Adam Peek (Brittany) and Jessica Lynn Peek; his siblings, Sherry Jenkins (Ray), Gina Millay, Cynthia Flester (Reggie) and Jack Bartlett, Jr. (Nicole); his aunts, Darlene Hite (Gaddis) and Brenda Wells (John); and his brothers-in-law, Jerry, Doug and David Dehart. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
