It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Katie L. Shelton of Utica, Kentucky, born in Danville, Kentucky, who passed away on March 3, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Egbert Vanhook and Agnes Vanhook; her husband William "Bill" Shelton, Sr.; her sons, William "Steve" Shelton, Jr. and Jacob Price Shelton; and her siblings, E. J. Vanhook, Earl Vanhook, Bud Vanhook, Pauline Woods and Dee Young.
She is survived by: her daughter Kisha Adamic (John); her grandchildren, Zachary, Marcy, Joshua, Danielle, April, Dana, Matthew, Randy and Allison; and her daughter-in-law Beth Shelton.
