He was predeceased by: his mother Barbara Rhoades Moseley. He is survived by: his father Charles E. Moseley; his sisters, Connie Combs (Rick) and Peggy Leach (Denton); his close friend Londa Mitchell; and his nieces and nephews, Scott Leach (Melanie), Stephanie Howard (Nathan), Melissa Willoughby (Dwaine), Jennifer Childers (Robbie), Richard Brian Combs and Erika Marinelli (Tony).
