With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jane S. Howard of Utica, Kentucky, who passed away on February 8, 2025 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Don Stuart and Vena Helm Stuart; her former husband Mike Owsley; and her sister Betty Allen. She is survived by: her husband Ron Howard; her sons, Michael Owsley (Amy) and Andrew Owsley (Erica); her stepdaughters, Brook Youngman (Brad) and Vicki Richardson (Louis); and her brothers, Ron Stuart (Mary Jane), Jim Stuart (Sharon) and Drex Stuart (Jo). She is also survived by eight grandchildren.
