He was predeceased by: his parents, R. "Cokie" Daniel and Virginia Daniel (McQuary); his son Jason Lee Daniel; and his brother Carl Ray Daniel. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Louise Daniel (Dennis); his son David Daniel (Jennifer); his sister Mary Coldiron; and his grandchildren, Alexis, Hailey, Kaleb and Tyler Daniel.
