We are sad to announce that on June 21, 2023, at the age of 92, Helen Ruth Atherton of Utica, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob Shelton and Thelma Louise Brey Shelton; her husband Oren Lee Atherton; her son Ronald Lee Atherton; her grandchildren, Gregory Lee Wilson and Tessa Taylor; and her siblings, William Shelton, Thelma Marksberry, Beverly Kelley, Dottie Wilkerson and Linda Samperi.
She is survived by: her daughter Rebecca Wilson; her grandson David Brian Wilson II; and her siblings, Shirley Dean Shelton (Susie), Anita Travis and Brenda Howard (David).
