She was predeceased by: her parents, Ova Ward and James Grady Ward, Sr.; her husband Douglas Lovan Simms; and her brother James Grady Ward, Jr.. She is survived by: her daughter Donna Raley (Doug) of Utica, KY; her grandchildren, Samantha Raley (Erin) of Utica, Jessica Raley (Gage) of Louisville, KY, Emily Wilson of Utica and Corey Douglas Wilson of Utica; and her great grandchild Theodore Douglas Raley of Utica. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
