He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Ward and Mary Husk Ward; his former wife Mary Elizabeth McGuire Ward; his wife Virginia Hall Ward; and his daughter-in-law Judy Lynn Ward.
He is survived by: his sons, David (Cathy) and Joey Ward; and his siblings, Frances Fendell (Maxi), Sally Moore, Roger Ward (Ann) and Jerry Ward (Lorie). He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
