He was predeceased by: his parents, Hulon Bullock and Josephine Boone Bullock of Centertown. He is survived by: his wife Vivian Embry Bullock; his children, Michelle Creek (Terry), Shannon Smith (Jimmy), Benji Bullock (Teresa), David Clark (Tammy), Todd Clark (Jennifer) and Christy Autry (Barry); his grandchildren, Hannah, Sarah, Jessica, Alex, Hayley, Brennan, Nathan and Megan; and his siblings, Wayne Bullock (Ruth), Bonnie Geary (Tony), Lafonda Doolin and Betty Brigance. He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
