She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett Fulkerson and Edith Fulkerson; and her husband James W. Wiggins. She is survived by: her sons, Wayne Wiggins (Darby), Steve Wiggins (Kathleen), Kevin Wiggins (Leigh) and Adam Wiggins (Peggy); her grandchildren, Jimmy, Jason (Alea), Beth, Christopher, Christina, Austin, Travis, Nicholas, Morgan (Austin) and Bailey; her great grandchildren, Bellah and Scarlett; and her siblings, Ann Mattingly (Bobby), Martha Murphy (Jim), Nancy Dunn (Doug) and Eddie Fulkerson (Norma). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
