He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert Trunnell and Eva Mae Nantz Trunnell; and his brother R. C. Trunnell. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Trunnell (Howard); his sons, Kyle (Kim) and Kevin Trunnell (Julie); his grandchildren, Ryan Trunnell (Kelsey), Ashton, Kelsey, Molly Trunnell, Madelyn and Hank Lovell; his great grandchildren, Noah and Eli Trunnell; and his sister Nancy Taylor (Trunnell).
