He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Johnson and Dorothy Johnson; his wife Mildred Taylor Johnson; and his granddaughter Sherri Stewart. He is survived by: his children, Jim Johnson of Utica, Randall Malone of Van Nuys, Donald Johnson Jr. (Janice) of Reo and Allison Guffy of Whitesville; the parent of his children Shirley Gillaspie of Whitesville; his stepchildren, Alan Taylor (Amy), Janice Logan and Linny Taylor (Carla); his grandchildren, Don Johnson III, Cory Johnson, Grant Johnson, Scott Guffy, Samuel Guffy and Abigail Guffy; his stepgrandchildren, Leigh Ann Sharp, Clay Taylor, Kristen Sepsi, Jennifer Beck, Chad Taylor and Emily Durham; and his aunt Bessie Fort. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren and ten step great-grandchildren.
Family and friends shall wear appropriate personal protective masks and social distance.
