He is survived by: his wife Terri Lynn Revlett; his daughter Angel Wyatt (John) of Owensboro; his stepdaughters, Torrie Howard (Jesse) of Island and Kassie Giffin of Island; and his siblings, Dennis Revlett (Sue) of Livermore, Debbie Lloyd (Roger) of Beech Grove and Dianna Smith (James) of Henderson. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; a great grandson, several nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.
