She was predeceased by: her husband Herbert Duke; and her children-in-law, Connie Duke, Stacy Duke, Anna Duke and Mike Clements.
She is survived by: her children, Leo Duke of Owensboro, Ronnie Duke of Owensboro, Allen Duke (Cathy) of Owensboro, David Duke (Tracy) of Utica and Marie Clements of Utica; and her siblings, Francis Anthony and Irene Rhineburger (James). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren.
