We are sad to announce that on November 15, 2022, at the age of 79, Barbara Ruth Smith Harris of Utica, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Ollie Lee; her son Jeffrey Scott Wood; and her sister Delores Christine Smith (Delores Jean Early). She is survived by: her husband Arthur A. Harris, Jr.; her sons, Kevin D. Harris (Holly Carter) of Maceo and Bryan K. Wood (Nora) of Heflin, Alabama; her grandchildren, Elijah Carter of Maceo, Paxton Harris of Maceo, Scarlett Harris of Maceo and Scott Stephen Barlow of Heflin; and her siblings, David L. Smith (Karen) of Owensboro and Della Howard of Owensboro. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
