She was predeceased by: her parent Stanley Lesniowski; and her sibling Cynthia Ann Frederick. She is survived by: her parent Helen Lesniowski; her sibling Daniel Lesniowski (Pamela); her friend Arleen Reifschneider (Karl); and also Kathy Lauritzen (Eric).
