He is survived by: his children, Nancy Krtek (Milos) and Gordon Orlikowski (Cheryl); his grandchildren, Amy, Brandon, Milos (Michelle), Jason (Anita) and Gabrielle; his great grandchildren, Drew, Felicia, Jacob, Kassidy and Jordyne; and his siblings, Anna Rzeszutek (late Norbert), Frank Orlikowski (Jean), Stan Kukulka (late Beth) and Terry Hauck (David). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
