Hornback (Upton, Kentucky), born in Hodgenville, Kentucky, who passed away on October 13, 2019, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Anna Mae Elzey Williams and Sherley Williams; her son Jerry Lynn Hornback; and her brothers, Gary Williams and Jim Williams.

She is survived by: her husband Eugene Hornback of Upton, Kentucky..
