He is survived by: his wife Marty Bryant Napper of Upton; his son Jeffrey Lee Napper (Elizabeth) of Upton; his grandson Dustin Lee Napper; and his sisters, Linda Upton of Sonora, Patricia Wheeler of New Haven and Barbara Booker of Jacksonville, FL.
