He is survived by: his children, Ronnie Smith of Upton, KY, Trina Cottrell (Kerry) of Elizabethtown, KY and Melanie Gaither (Daniel) of Shelbyville, KY; his brothers, Gary Smith of Upton, KY and Robin Smith of Upton, KY; his grandchildren, Emma, Reigan, Jaidyn, Somarah, Brady, Shawna, Taylor and Brandon; and his great grandchildren, Landyn and Elly.
