He is survived by: his wife Betty J. Riggs of Upton, KY.; his children, Robert Wayne Riggs (Melinda) of Upton, KY, Kevin Riggs (Rhonda) of Magnolia, KY, Shari Routt (Glenn) of Bonnieville, KY and Kristi Walters (Buddy Sanders) of Bonnieville, KY; his stepchildren, Michael Cardwell of Indianapolis, IN, Mickey Thompson (Robert) of Danville, IN and Juanita Riggs (Gary) of Indianapolis, IN; and his brothers, Duck Riggs, Wayburn Riggs and Gilbert Riggs. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
