He was predeceased by: his father Ricky Dewayne Burba; and his grandmothers, Wanda Burba and Marcella Hobby. He is survived by: his mother Dolores Clark Maloyed of Upton, KY; his siblings, Kristina Horne, Billy Goodlette and Jeremy Burba; his stepchildren, Ariel Grace Skaggs, Addlynn Skaggs and Gunner Skaggs; and his grandfather Tommy Burba.
