We are sad to announce that on February 28, 2021, at the age of 52, Phillip Johnston of Upton, Kentucky, born in Hardin, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Shirley Floyd Johnston. He is survived by: his wife Angel Summerton Johnston; his children, Erika Johnston, Devin Thomas Johnston, Tristan Nathaniel Johnston and Michaeal Thomas Johnston; his stepdaughters, Carissa Marie Thorp and Kassandera Renee Thorp; his father Jerry Johnston; and his siblings, Byron Johnston and Kimberly Renee Johnston. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
