She is survived by: her significant other Elvie Lee Butler of Upton, KY; her children, Elvie "Junior" Lee Butler, Jr. of Upton, KY, Sheila Butler of Upton, KY and Shirley Butler of Sonora, KY; her sister Rosie Dexter; her grandchildren, Janie, Jimmy, Tony and Frankie; and her great grandchildren, Alyson, Allie, Kayle, Ivy and Serenity.
