He is survived by: his wife Betty Walters (Fulkerson) of Upton; his sons, Scotty Walters (Paula) of Millerstown, Eric Walters (Tammy) of Priceville and Kevin Walters (Kandyce) of Elizabethtown; his siblings, Gary Walters (Belinda) of Bonnieville, Pat Riggs (Dewey) of Clarkson, Phillip Walters (Marita) of Upton, Diane Choate (Don) of Upton, Kathy Butler (Roger) of Upton and Quinn Walters (Tammie) of Upton; his sister-in-law Donna Gayle Walters of Upton; his grandchildren, Lance Walters, Jonathon Walters (Grace), Kayla Alvey (Gavin), Daniel Walters (Shailen), Erica Caswell (Aaron), Joshua Walters (Alexis), Kennadi Parks (Jacob), Logan Cloud and Lindyn Puckett; and his great grandchildren, Brooklyn, Kenley, Watson, Owen, Luna, Jaxon, Gabriel, Lincoln, Kailyn and Samuel.
