She was predeceased by: her husband Howard Lee Skaggs; her son James Wendell Skaggs; her parents, Raymond L. Bailey and Lovey Dye Bailey; her siblings, Lillian Murray, Gilbert Laverne "G. L." Bailey, Herman Bailey and Clifford "Clip" Bailey; and also Clarence Elliott "Junior" Warren, Jr..
She is survived by: her daughters, Imogene Warren of Magnolia and Eloise Bowman (Kenny); her pet Mellony Skaggs of Hodgenville; her son Gerald Skaggs (Patty) of Savannah, TN; her daughter-in-law Marsha Skaggs of Upton; her siblings, Gladys Puckett (Larry) of Elizabethtown and Preston Bailey (Jo) of Elizabethtown; and her grandchildren, Brian Warren, Dan Skaggs (Jeanette), Stephen Skaggs (Tana), Shel Warren, Monisa Philbeck (Bill), Beverly Lewis (Todd), Chris Phillips (Belinda), Wendell Skaggs (Mitzi), Laura Beth Phillips, Wesley Warren (Nicole), Andrew Skaggs (Leigh Ann) and James Bowman. She is also survived by 21 great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
