He is survived by: his wife Harolyn Howard of Upton, KY; his children, James Howard (Lolita) of Virgie, KY and Rose Lamont of Upton, KY; and his grandchildren, Darrin, Kalei, Caedon, Ethan, Haden, Phenix, Iven and Sky.
