He is survived by: his daughters, Joy Monroe (Andrew) and Mallory Padgett (Ryan); his grandchildren, Kloe, Kortney, Brooke and Calvin; and his brothers, Dennis Washer (Debbie) of Smithville, TN and Donald Washer (Barbara) of Sonora, KY. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
