He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Debbie Walz of Union, KY; his daughters, Jamie Duke (Chris) and Jill Williams (Lem); his parents, Jim Russell and Judy Russell; his siblings, Shelly Kelly (Tim) and Steve Walz (Tammy); his siblings-in-law, Ruth Sharp (Joe) and John Vickers; and his grandmother Glenna Dammert. He was also cherished by 6 Grandchildren.
