It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Timothy S. Scanlon Sr. of Union, Kentucky, who passed away on January 7, 2025, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Robert "Bob" A. Scanlon; his brothers, Keith and Terrance Scanlon; his brother-in-law Mark Maynard; and his pet Brownie.
He is survived by: his mother Erma "Louise" Scanlon; his wife Karen J. Scanlon; his children, Timothy S. Scanlon, Jr. (Aida), Vincent P. Scanlon (Jamie), Nicholas E. Scanlon (Melanie) and Kristen Keagy (Jason); his grandchildren, Bailey P. Scanlon (Olivia Dunham), Riley "Rudy" R. Scanlon, Nathaniel "Nathan" C. Scanlon, Boston J. Scanlon, Isaac A. Scanlon, Stephen "Finn" T. Scanlon and Tyler "Ty" J. Scanlon; his great grandchild Ava K. Scanlon; his siblings, Kevin Scanlon (Nancy), Dennis Scanlon (Sue), Darron Scanlon (Deborah), Colleen Maynard and Kathleen Spada (Dale); and his sisters-in-law, Kim Scanlon and Valerie Scanlon. He is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
The inurnment was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Dayton National Cemetery (4400 W Third St, Dayton, OH 45428). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 12:00 PM.
