He was predeceased by: his parents, James Haley and Catherine Haley; and his siblings, James Haley (Mary Lou) and Mary Kay Malone (Jack). He is survived by: his brother Dennis Haley (Catherine); and also Tom.
Tom donated his body to the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested in Tom's name to a charity of the donor's choice.
