She was predeceased by: her parents, Marshall Heady and Katie Heady of Blackford. She is survived by: her husband Dr. Sam Rich of Uniontown; her son Rob Rich (Jana Lacy) of Evansville; and her siblings, Mark (Debra), Richard Heady of Webster County and Vickie Pritchett (Al) of Webster County.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
