She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Milburn and Maddie Milburn; her husband Robert Howard; and her siblings, Robert Milburn, Leroy Milburn, Thomas Milburn Jr., Franklin Milburn, Fanny Lou Bottoms, Elizabeth Masters and Ruby Barnett.
She is survived by: her children, Stephen Howard (Teresa), Chad Howard and Tammy Stein; and her grandchildren, Nathan Howard, Krysten Stein and Joshua Stein.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, March 13th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM and at 12:00 PM.
