It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Russell Franklin Stephenson of Union, Kentucky, who passed away on January 29, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Sarah Frances Cook Stephenson; his parents, Harley Clinton Stephenson and Annabelle Mann Stephenson; and his siblings, Eugene Stephenson, Robert Stephenson, Howard Stephenson, Jim Stephenson, Norma Jean Moore, Fay Sparks, Jessie Coppage and Billy Stephenson.
He is survived by: his daughters, Tammy J. Stephenson-Litmer (Duey) and Tina Stephenson; his granddaughter Frances Margaret Stephenson; and his sisters, Mable Ann Martin, Freida Marie Hoelein (Marvin), Virginia Mae Huff and Helen Margaret Murdock.
