She is survived by: her husband Mike of Union, KY; her children, Michael Welter Jr. (Kristin) of Woodenville, WA, Sandra Wodskow of Union, KY, Bobbi Henderson of Oil City and Rachael Welter of Oil City; and her sister Connie Pursley (Eldon) of French Lick, IN. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
