He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Stephens and Aline Shields Stephens; his siblings, Rick Stephens and Martha Faye Stephens; and his nephew Chris Stephens.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Brooks Stephens; his children, Wayne Stephens (Tonya), Shana Lambert Stephens and Jeremy (Brittany); his stepchildren, Beth Lubbe (Craig) and Scott Noble (Kim); his grandchildren, Katie, Abby, Taylor, Chase, Alex, Danielle, Kylee, Brody, Samantha and Brooke; his great grandchildren, Laila and Arlo; his brother Tommy Stephens (Karen); his sister-in-law Ann Stephens; and his niece Alaina Stokes (Zac). He is also survived by three great nephews; and one great niece.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Florence Methodist Church (8585 Old Toll Rd, Florence, KY 41042). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials may be made to the church or the charity of one's choice.
