Karen Jean Forman-Fugate Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Karen Jean Forman-Fugate of Union, Kentucky, born in Covington, Kentucky, who passed away on February 8, 2024, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Forman and Sonia [Ramsey] Forman; and her siblings, Lanny Forman, Linda Laake and Sherry Forman-Ricks.

She is survived by: her sons, Andrew Allen Vance II, Michael Aaron Hartke (Kristy) and Anthony Wayne Hartke (Bianca); her siblings, Barry Forman (Rea), JoAnn Andrew (Steve), Donna Gunderson (Jerry), Clyde Arnold "Arnie" Forman (Susan), Timothy Forman (Lisa) and Christy Forman-Stidham (Grant); her grandchildren, Blake Vance (Hailee), Austen Allen Vance, Carmella Charlette Hartke, Brennlee Angela Hartke and Bryer Anthony Hartke; and her great grandchild Maisee Mae Vance.
