She is survived by: her husband Jeff Chaffins; and her daughters, Kim Felts (Charles), Rhonda Wilson (Eric Girty), Tammy Murphy (L. J.) and Tara Barker (Jason). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren; and a host of other family members and friends.
