She was predeceased by: her parents, Clint Rowe and Marie Rowe; her son Bobby Joe Merland; and her siblings, Leola Green, Delores Shields, David Rowe, Mary Mullins and Joe Rowe.
She is survived by: her husband James Freeman; her children, Melissa Merland, Laura Freeman, John Merland, Dennis Freeman, Fancy Stirttholt, Jeanie Shea, Jessie Freeman and Jeremy Freeman; and her siblings, Clint Rowe, Jeanie Mullins, Joyce Freeman and Kathy Sawyers. She is also survived by her 24 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the BIG Bone Baptist Church (11036 Big Bone Rd, Union, KY 41091). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
