He is survived by: his wife Stephanie Baker (O'Donnell); his parents, Elizabeth Jeffrey and Richard "Dick" Baker; his daughters, Allison Milincic (Marko) and Haley Haggard (Jimmy); his siblings, Angela Jeffrey, Melissa Rice, Jarrell "Jeff" Jeffrey Jr. and Randy Jeffrey; and his grandchildren, Lexi, Sasha and Maks.
