He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnny Burke and Alice Delores Burke; and his brother Darrell Burke. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Burke; his children, Chrissy Black (Matt), Austin Burke (Niki Whiteker), Savannah Burke, Stephen Cummings, Johnny Burke (Bailey Armour) and Sean Cummings; his siblings, Johnny Burke, Randy Burke (Beverly), Pam Craddock (Glen) and Alice Burke; his mother-in-law Donna Kaufman; and his brother-in-law Michael Pollard (Carol). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
